  • If the print is damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and get in contact via email to arrange an exchange or refund.

  • The best protection for your prints is a frame. The cardboard tube your print is packaged in is not suitable for long-term storage.

    For Giclée Limited Editions, an archival frame is necessary for longevity. Ideally, take you print directly to the framer still in its packaging, rather than handle it yourself.

    If it is necessary to touch the print, please ensure hands are clean and dry, and only handle by the border. (Don’t touch the printed area directly as this can scratch it; i.e. don’t be tempted to wipe dust off). Avoid bending or creasing the print. 

    Make sure all framing materials are acid free, to ensure your artwork does not deteriorate over time.

    UV light and extremes of heat can alter your print over time, so keep this in mind when choosing a place to display your artwork.
